Labour Market Information

How is LMI taught in lessons?

We include LMI into our taught careers programme for all students from Year 7, so they receive up to date information, feel confident handling data and use their critical thinking skills.

We use the eight essential skills from Skills Builder and encourage them to link the development of these skills through their lessons, wider career activities and meaningful encounters with employers.

You can also link these skills to any enrichment activities or work experiences outside of school as a family.

Students record your skills using the Unifrog Skills Tool https://www.unifrog.org/student/skills
