- Food safety hazards and risks
- Control measures to ensure food safety
- Food safety regulations
- Personal hygiene and cleaning procedures
Food can cause ill health:
- Common types of food poisoning
- Symptoms of food-induced ill health
- Food-related causes of ill health
- Identifying and handling high-risk dishes and ingredients
