Archway Learning Trust has been approved as a sponsor by the Secretary of State for Education to open an 11—16 Free School to open in September 2021. As part of the Section 10 consultation of the Academies Act for the opening of the free school the Archway Learning Trust is undertaking statutory consultation which includes its proposed admission arrangements.
The drafted admission arrangements have been approved by the Department of Education (DfE) and Archway Learning Trust is now undertaking statutory consultation on proposed admission arrangements as part of the Section 10 consultation, the consultation will run for a minimum of 6 weeks, commencing on Monday, 21st September 2020 and closing on Monday, 2nd November 2020.
